Mr. Cope received his Juris Doctorate from the Sandra Day O’connor College of Law at Arizona State University. During law school, Mr. Cope completed a judicial externship for the honorable Judge Goeroge Nielsen of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Arizona. Notably, Mr. Cope was selected for an internship in Seoul, South Korea, serving as a legal intern with an international law firm where he assisted with multinational transactions and contracts. Prior to law school, Mr. Cope graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications from Utah State University, emphasizing in Public Relations. In his freetime, Cameron enjoys spending time with his wife. Cameron enjoys rock climbing, hiking and camping in the summer and snowboarding in the winter. As a practicing attorney (licensed in Utah and California) since 1981, LaVar Christensen has demonstrated his analytical, advocacy and communication skills through successful litigation, appeals and settlement of cases large and small. He is a certified mediator and dispute resolution professional trained at the Pepperdine School of Law, Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. LaVar has extensive first hand experience in real estate development and construction and, therefore, a unique ability to know and understand the parties’ positions in those very intricate and specialized areas of practice. He is also skilled and prepared to handle personal injury claims based on his prior experience as both insurance defense and Plaintiff’s counsel. Other areas of professional experience include business and civil litigation, creditor and debtor settlement negotiations, family law and domestic disputes, governmental relations, arbitrations and appellate advocacy.

Kyle specializes in the resolution of federal and state tax debts, including offers in compromise, payment arrangements, penalty abatements, audit assistance, and discharging tax debt in bankruptcy. He is also an experienced tax preparer, having prepared thousands of tax returns. Kyle focuses in income and payroll tax matters, but is also experienced with gift, estate, sales (TPT), and unemployment tax issues.

He is licensed to practice law in Utah, Arizona and in the Federal District Court of Arizona. He can represent taxpayers in all 50 states in front of the Internal Revenue Service and bankruptcy clients within the state of Utah and Arizona.
